Oh, there is nothing like freshly baked bread! And home-made just tastes even better. Your instructions are clear, simple, and straight to the point! I have baked so many of these loaves in the bakery that I worked in many years ago. I might just bake a loaf again, as they make the best sandwiches (such as BLTs!).
