Right, and you never know what they will do. I always err on the side of caution, I let them be and do what they want. Some people, like my dad and friends, challenge them and want to force the rules of the road onto them, and that is when people get hurt. Better let them just be in my opinion, if the law cannot stop them ordinary citizens won't either.
