I concur fully. I love this. Your dream sounds so close to my own. I want to grow some grains as well to make bread and sourdough and add sourdough cooking classes (to make your dream more my own). I think people are more and more starting to yearn for things that shops cannot sell. For example, this post of mine. You cannot in South Africa buy garlic chives at the shops (where I live), even less so the flowers. But people want this. But in South Africa land is very expensive. So hopefully the dream will, as you wrote, propel me to a better version of myself and guide me towards the right places.
