Comúnmente acá en Venezuela las meriendas van acompañadas de un buen café o un delicioso café con leche y no hay nada mejor que una buena merienda y unos buenos amigos para darte ánimos.
Commonly here in Venezuela snacks are accompanied by a good coffee or a delicious coffee with milk and there is nothing better than a good snack and some good friends to cheer you up.
Les cuento; mi salud no está muy bien y tengo que practicarme una cirugía, ya que por mucho tiempo e vivido con una hernia hinglinal, pero por miedo o nervios no e querido operarme.
Pero estos últimos días se me está complicando todo pues me está afectando de muchas maneras. Así que fui el médico para ver lo de la operación y pues si es urgente operarme; los nervios a mil.
I tell you; my health is not very good and I have to have surgery, since for a long time I have been living with a hinglinal hernia, but because of fear or nerves I did not want to have surgery. But these last few days everything is getting complicated because it is affecting me in many ways. So I went to the doctor to see him about the operation and it is urgent to have it done; I am very nervous.
Lo cierto es que después salir del médico pase por casa de unos amigos y me ofrecieron una rica merienda; un delicioso café con leche y una galletitas muy sabrosas y que a medida que íbamos conversando me iban dando ánimo.
The truth is that after leaving the doctor's office, I stopped by some friends' house and they offered me a delicious snack; a delicious coffee with milk and some very tasty cookies, and as we were talking, they were cheering me up.
Y es que aquí en el país, el tema de salud cuesta un poco de dinero, si vamos a una clínica nos sacan un ojo de la cara por los elevados precios; y si vamos a un hospital público nos encontramos con que no hay insumos y de paso hasta nos cobran, claro más barato que en una clínica. Así que gracias a esta rica merienda, este sabroso café con leche y mis amigos me dieron valor a no darme por vencido, ya que estoy anotado en una lista y pues aquí estoy esperando con nervios, miedo pero no me voy a echar para atrás.
Agradezco a todos lados los que me han apoyado en esta decisión ya tomada.
And here in the country, the health issue costs a bit of money, if we go to a clinic we get a lot of money because of the high prices; and if we go to a public hospital we find that there are no supplies and even charge us, of course cheaper than in a clinic.
