You asked for feedback in the comments section of the @freewritehouse post, so here it is.

I really liked this.

The twist on the cheesy valentine's poem was interesting and I loved the image of the hungry blue whale and the last few words "nothing else but space" is good too.

In fact, I might have considered it for a runners-up prize, but you didn't include a screenshot of the word/character count (this is a requirement because with between 30-60 ZapFics to judge twice a week I don't have the time to check them all - although they are short it still takes a long time to read and judge them all).

I hope you keep entering! And read the other entries too (or at least go back and read the winners entries, from the previous weeks: @zapfic.club/posts). The more you practice the better you'll get!
