Prepared and served breakfast to guests and did exercises. After guests left I went for a walk. Finished exercises, cleaned rooms. Had breakfast. Walked to shop.
Later walked to barbers and got haircut and beard trim
Went to bar to meet friends. Had to nip back to house a couple of times.
Been for a walk this evening too
