When I first agreed to work for myself, I knew far too little about the business, and to top it off, I was told I wouldn't last three months. Two registered companies and ten years later, when VAT was being introduced and credit was drying up, I threw in the towel and went back to being an employee. But my perspective had changed, and I was aware that I was selling my time. I worked for several companies where I never lasted five years, and I started my own business again when others were already planning retirement.
Ten more years of ups and downs, but very satisfying achievements and innovations in a job I knew nothing about, but I started it when it was needed. Now it's just a hobby, but my mind is still racing to find ways to generate some extra income.

Now, considering all the accumulated experience, I believe that what was once overvalued and is now undervalued; the truth is that all the formal and informal knowledge I've gained has been useful.
