Excelente y muy real análisis de la realidad editorial, que me trae a la memoria casos de éxito a quienes seguí un tiempo, mientras pretendían vender su sistema para colocar una granja de gallinas de huevos de oro y la verdad nunca supe de ningún seguidor que lo lograra, pero recuerdo una anécdota leída en la revista Selecciones, acerca de un hombre que se convirtió en empresario millonario en cierto estado de la unión norteamericana, habiendo llegado con tan solo una mochila al hombro. Una historia que repitió toda su vida. En sus memorias comentó que siempre sonreía porque nadie nunca le preguntó qué llevaba en la mochila.
Parece que todos presumían que llevaba ropa y enseres como cualquier vagabundo, pero en realidad llevaba 2 millones de dólares.
Así que, en mi opinión, nunca nos cuentan todo y tal vez hay un factor imponderable de merecimiento o suerte. El cual nadie ha cuantificado al día de hoy y recibe distintos nombres según las creencias personales.

De todas maneras, creo que, si tu intención es intentar un proyecto de esta índole, cuentas con las capacidades, conocimientos y disciplina necesaria para intentarlo. Nunca sabrás si resulta hasta intentarlo Javier @janaveda .

An excellent and very realistic analysis of the publishing industry, which brings to mind success stories I followed for a while, as they tried to sell their system for creating a gold-egg-laying farm. I never heard of any of their followers actually succeeding, but I do remember an anecdote I read in Reader's Digest about a man who became a millionaire businessman in a certain state in the United States, having arrived with nothing but a backpack. It's a story he repeated throughout his life. In his memoirs, he commented that he always smiled because no one ever asked him what he carried in his backpack.

It seems everyone assumed he carried clothes and belongings like any homeless person, but in reality, he carried two million dollars.

So, in my opinion, we're never told the whole story, and perhaps there's an imponderable factor of merit or luck involved. This factor, which no one has quantified to this day, goes by different names depending on personal beliefs.

Anyway, I think that if you intend to attempt a project of this nature, you have the necessary skills, knowledge, and discipline to try. You'll never know if it will work until you try, Javier @janaveda.
