I figured I would start of my first hive post with something NOT about hive.
There is something else gripping the attention of the world around us and that is the corona virus.
Most people are forced to stay home and practice social distancing. But the super rich either fly to their own island or hunker down in their nuclear bunker...

Well that is where there was an enterprising man that bought up an empty rocket silo that dated from the cold war on the cheap and turned into a Disaster shelter for the mega rich. The silo goes down 15 stories and is equipped with a pool, fitness room, a Spa, a climbing wall and even a Dog walking space.
Of course all apartments are decorated to the specifications of the owners with all amenities that they desire. The only thing missing of course is windows but instead there are HD TV's that can show any scenery you want including the live view from the cameras above ground.
The installations are perfect, they are far from everything but centrally located and are built to withstand a nuclear attack.
There is enough freeze dried food for 10 years and a modern garden that can grow 70 species of fruit and veg and there is even a fish pond.
This is really the Prepper version of the mega rich... One apartment goes for the measly sum of 1 million dollars.
I guess I will just stay indoors, go for a walk once in a while with the dog and wave to passersby from the balcony.
