A story was told of how a cat was disturbing a bunch of rats. The rats got together to find solution to their problem. A supposedly smart rat came up with a supposedly smart plan: the rats should tie a bell around the neck of the cat. The jingles of the bell would then alert the rats whenever the cat was around. Every rats jumped for joy. What a brilliant idea.
Then reality hit. "Who will bell the cat?"
Moral of the story is: Ideals are good but practicality is what always matters.
