To get into a context to serve as an example, I currently have a large commission, the first one, I am very happy and undoubtedly excited to exercise this new challenge, it is a single-family home. It all starts with the type of commission that is made to you, then you have to visit the site to see the current conditions of the immediate and adjacent context, make a natural and urban analysis of the land, look for the zoning of the urban development plan of the town to know what the existing restrictions are, and now we go with the client. Know the client's ideas, the spaces they need, how they imagine them, their tastes, feelings, among many other questions that we need to know so that this project is personalized for their way of life. Then I did a survey of the site since they did not have any ground plan. With all these data, it was necessary to begin to analyze each of these variables and to generate design criteria and in a general way a generating concept of the architectural design proposal.
Then I started with an area diagram of how each space will be linked, this in a functional way, that is, I still do not make a single line of the shape of the spaces, when I consider one or more proposals appropriate, I discuss it with the client and always I tell you not to hesitate to comment, suggest, change, among others. I believe that giving the client freedom to give the project its essence is essential, of course we are their guide and there will be things that cannot be done, or are not appropriate, but we must remember that the client is the one who will inhabit the space and we just have to put ourselves in their shoes and be more creative when faced with the problems that may arise.
After this, I began to shape each space, generate measurements and think about how the perception of each space will be, taking into account privacy and at the same time the communication between the areas. In this phase I generated many sketches studying the best distribution, then with a 3D of the whole house, in a general way, without defining disadvantages facades, but the dimensions and communication of the spaces, I added some furniture and door openings to generate a greater understanding for the explanations of how my proposal was evolving. You may wonder why I explained to you with a 3D and not with a plan, this because I thought that taking into account that the client is in another country and does not belong to any branch of construction, the spaces with a 3D would seem more understandable. that with a 2D plan, it is clear to take into consideration that this review is not a delivery as such, only a review of the process. I am still at this stage waiting for the client's comments to continue with the drawings of the architecture plans and then to do the interior design of each of the spaces of the house for a pre-delivery and then a final delivery.
Annex here some renderings that I took a few days ago without detailing much to show the client the proposal of the space that I was explaining. Without a doubt, technology is a great resource to visualize the architecture that we project and in this way generate a greater understanding and study in it.

Hola a todos, este es un post tipo relato e informativo sobre cómo surge la arquitectura, un proyecto de arquitectura, o al menos en mi caso según mi educación universitaria y pequeña previa experiencia.
Para entrar en un contexto para que sirva en ejemplo, actualmente tengo un encargo grande, el primero, estoy muy feliz y sin duda emocionado con ejercer este nuevo reto, se trata de una vivienda unifamiliar. Todo empezar con el tipo de encargo que se te hace, luego hay que visitar el sitio para ver las condiciones actuales del contexto inmediato y colindante, hacer un análisis natural y urbano del terreno, buscar la zonificación del plan de desarrollo urbano de la localidad para saber cuáles son las restricciones existentes, y ahora vamos con el cliente. Conocer las ideas del cliente, los espacios que necesita, como se los imagina, sus gustos, sensaciones, entre muchas otras interrogantes que necesitamos conocer para que este proyecto este personalizado para su modo de vida. Luego hice un levantamiento del sitio ya que no tenían ningún plano del terreno. Con todos estos datos, fueron necesarios para empezar a analizar cada una de estas variables e ir generando criterios de diseño y de manera general un concepto generador de la propuesta de diseño de arquitectura.
Luego empecé con un diagrama de áreas de como se vinculará cada espacio, esto de manera funcional, es decir aún no hago ni una sola línea de la forma de los espacios, cuando considero apropiada una o varias propuesta, lo converso con el cliente y siempre le digo que no dude en opinar, sugerir, cambiar, entre otros. Creo que darle libertad al cliente para que le de su esencia al proyecto es esencial, claro que nosotros somos su guía y habran cosas que no se puedan hacer, o no sean apropiadas, pero debemos recordar que el cliente es el que va a habitar el espacio y sólo debemos ponernos en sus zapatos y ser más creativos ante las problemáticas que puedan surgir.
Después de esto, empecé a darle forma a cada espacio, generar medidas y pensando como será la percepción de cada espacio, teniendo en cuenta la privacidad y al mismo tiempo la comunicación entre las áreas. En esta fase genere muchos bocetos estudiando la mejor distribución, luego con un 3D de toda la vivienda, de manera general, sin definir fachadas desventajas, pero sí las dimensiones y comunicación de los espacios, agregué algunos mobiliarios y abertura de puertas para generar un mayor entendimiento para la explicaciones de como iba evolucionando mi propuesta. Tal vez se pregunten por qué les expliqué con un 3D y no con un plano, esto porque pensé que teniendo en cuenta que el cliente está en otro país y no pertenece a ninguna rama de la construcción, le parecería más entendible los espacios con un 3D que con un plano 2D, claro es de tener en consideración que esta revisión no es una entrega como tal, sólo una revisión del proceso. Aún estoy en esta etapa esperando los comentarios del clienta para continuar con los dibujos de los planos de arquitectura y luego a hacer el interiorismo de cada uno de los espacios de la vivienda para una preentrega y luego una entrega final.
Anexo acá algunos render que saqué hace unos días sin detallar mucho para mostrar al cliente la propuesta del espacio que le explicaba. Sin duda la tecnología es un gran recurso para visualizar la arquitectura que proyectamos y de esta manera generar un mayor entendimiento y estudio en esta.
