Feedback

1. Instead of including the app and Os version in the same un-ordered list as "the steps to reproduce", create a separate header for this purpose.
2. The expected and actual behaviors were a bit lacking in description and left much to be expected
3. I noticed you addressing the PO as "Sir" in the comment thread. This is highly unnecessary. You need not punctuate your words with the word "Sir" when replying a PO
