For an application that is designed for mobile users, one would think the developers would go a far way to make it as mobile responsive as possible. A simple fix will be to add a scroll bar when the list exceeds a particular height. That way, instead of the list breaking out of the mobile container, the user can control what is in view by scrolling

Ehh, obviously a no brainer. This will be scored as negligible. Reports that affect the UI are considered cosmetic.
