The title of the post does not meet the category's standards. Submission title should include the app name and version number, as well as a brief description of the occuring issue ([Product Name] [Product Version] – Succinct description of the bug).

Also, your formatting is not too clean. I will like you to work on your use of the English language. You have spelling mistakes and a bunch of misplaced grammar. You can start by reading reports from other users, @ckole and @darewealth's blogs will be a good place to start.
