While this behavior is reproducible, I have some reservations. Are you able to delete songs normally (i.e without first playing them)? The expected user story would be to first pause a song before deleting. Even the famous windows media player would tell you the action cannot be performed cause the file is being used.

I will score this as negligible based on the reasons given above. A proper enhancement will be to show an error message any time a user attempts deleting a song still on play mode.
