Wrapped up in the Infrastructure Bill is an ill-informed regulation on the cryptocurrency sector. Regulation is needed, but this one will disable basic functionality. And so, rather than accept this new set of laws, crypto companies will simply leave the U.S., and the country will just fall further behind the rest of the world.
