As you may already know, my girlfriend and I spent our summer in Germany. The most beautiful city we visited is Nuremberg, and this is why...

Built around the second half of the 13rd century, the Sinwell Tower (in the Nuremberg Imperial Castle) was mainly used for defences purposes due to its height.

On the top of the tower, you can see the old centre of Nuremberg. It also hosts a permanent exhibition of photos showing the city after the Second World War.

The view from the top of the tower is totally worth the effort.
