No, that's not possible to use 2FA such as SMS or google authenticator.

One way of securing funds is to use a multi-signature wallet and store one key on a computer and another on a phone. Transactions would have to be signed by both keys.

There is no user-friendly app for this, but the code is not very hard to write (good starting point is this post).

Another way is using a separate cold wallet account and air-gapped computer (or secure OS such as tails) when signing transactions.
