Each morning I begin my day with coffee. This morning I needed an especially strong cup due to my 3 year old daughter waking up at 530 am. As I make my cappuccino I like to get my creative side going by looking at what shows up on top of my cup. I also have my 3 year old tell me what she see. So I will start posting what we see together.
The first thing my daughter saw was a cloud. I know this isn't to creative but when you ask her a fallow up question she will add more to her statement. "What kind of cloud?" She said its a cloud that will show up in a blue sky that looks fluffy. So what she is saying is its a beautiful day outside and that with that blue sky and solo cloud she sees, she feels the warmth of the sun and associates it with playing outside and enjoying time with her mom or myself.
What do I see? I see a hamster wearing a Donald Trump wig with some sort of saddle. I laugh at the image because of the silliness of the image that pops into my head.
I enjoy doing this with my daughter, I also know that this may not be everyone's cup of coffee 😁 but I do like trying to get my imagination going in the morning so what better way to do it then to spend time with my daughter and use it as a way to start a conversation.
