I bought this bottle after reading a little about it. I really enjoy other bourbons in the 100- 107 proof range because you tend to get character/ flavor along with a nice little burn. I enjoy many different bourbons and think this is a good one to start a review with because it is still attainable in us markets unlike some others that will be saved for future reviews.

Color medium brown something that you would expect with a 7 year bourbon.

Legs are slow moving and thick.

Nose is a little sweet, honey with a finish of oak baking spices with dark chocolate.

Hand smell I get stone fruit plum cherry (put a drop on palm and rub hands together)

Taste is vanilla with spice on the front end long lingering finish of toasted oak and leather.

Mouthfeel is oily has some body.

Burn for being 107 proof it drinks much easier and would consider this as a light to medium burn. Small sips the alcohol seeps into the tongue. Larger sip you will feel more of the alcohol burn into upper chest.

Cost was 55-65 Usd I would consider it a buy at this price.

I have really enjoyed this bottle and will keep one in stock moving forward.
