SIGNIFICANT WAYS TO SUPPORT FEMINISM👐👐👐

From my previous blog, I stated feminism from my perspective. The idea of making feminism all about gender and seeking of undue attention doesn't fall within my ideology and thoughts.
Talking about how to support feminism doesn't mean, going into the streets with banners and stickers to draw attention from the government and the society.

There are vital ways to support feminism without the world knowing about it, or without someone getting hurt over it.
The secular way of handling the issue of feminism has registered a sort of notion in the minds of most people especially the male folk. So when the word feminism is mentioned, people tend to see it as trying to place women above men or making the society about women or rather the quest for obtaining favours from the government or the society by women.
And with this idea, once you mention the need for the promotion of feminism, most people react negatively towards it.
But I totally disagree and In this post, I want to let everyone reading to know that there are various ways you and I can encourage women, especially the young ones trying to find their path in the society.

1. EDUCATION: taking a cursory look at the society, there are so many young women who are abused daily and who indulged in one unhealthy habits or the other, mostly as a result of being defective in knowledge. some has given up in life and come to term with the fact that the life that they are currently leading is the only option for them.
   Helping such women by giving them hope and adequate education is a very viable means of promoting feminism.

1. SKILLS ACQUISITION : idleness can begat any form of waywardness. When a woman is engaged in any learning or skills acquiring schemes, it takes their minds away from any other things that are not profitable in any way. Most of them have the desire to learn a skill but the financial capacity is lacking. Helping such a person achieve thi, is the right to do.

MORAL SUPPORTS: everyone in the society owes moral obligations to people around them. No one can stand and watch a 5year old pierce his eyes with a knife without trying to stop him. Actually, that is what most women needs from the society.
Many of them might not know what decisions to make at some point, offering to help out can go a long way to put such person on the right track especially the teenagers. Neglecting them to themselves can be disastrous unless she advices herself on her own.
Everyone can afford moral support, please let's not be selfish about it.

AUTONOMY: it's true that most people think women should be dependent, but I will disagree and tell you that nothing brings respect and standard to a woman more than when she is independent.
I don't mean independent in the sense of trying to be strong headed OR rebellious. I'm referring to achievements out of hard work and self discipline. Autonomy financially and otherwise. Whether married or single, young or old.
Parents could help their daughters acheive this, husbands can push their wives to be resourceful by helping them become financially independent, especially those women that thinks every resource in the house should come from the husband.

The list is endless, there are various ways I haven't mentioned but I would love to say that, ways of promoting and encouraging women to have a voice in the society is known to be very broad and wide. You and I can choose to do it our way.
