I intentionally skipped bringing up Tuesday's recap yesterday because i wanted to merge it with that of today as my schedule does not really allow me to write everyday.
I already gave a vivid narration on how my morning usually goes in the first blog on my daily experiences, here is the link for anyone that missed out and want to check it out:

HERE WAS TUESDAY!
actually, i wasn't so proud of my tuesday until later in the night. arriving class for the day, there was power out due to some technical faults on the power plant, all the Air conditioners weren't working since there was no light. we sat down waiting for power to return. the course for tuesday's is usually "CIVIL LITIGATION" and we were to take a topic on "PLEADINGS" after what seems like an endless wait, the lecturer decided to commence lectures pending the power return.
However, during the course of the lecture, the light returned and all hand fans stopped hovering but then i was a bit cut off cos of the heat and i had to manage in trying to put myself back on track. briefly, here is what pleadings is about.
Pleadings is a generic term used to describe documents by which issues in controversy are comprehensively highlighted
before the court by both parties. In other words, pleadings include;
FUNCTIONS OF PLEADINGS
I wasn't really flowing with the day especially towards evening until @buckydurddle invited me to join his show on Air at MSPWAVES-RADIO, he was doing a backstage show with
@doghaus. they composed a song with my name and they cracked me up beyond expectation, i kept laughing and dancing in my room. i learnt a lot from their discussions and from the audience as well and trust me, my tuesday was really made by this duo. i wont miss the show by next week tuesday, i urge everyone to come too. sad enough, i couldn't stay till the end as i had to go to bed and start my day early again.
WEDNESDAY (today)
its usually for "PROPERTY LAW PRACTICE" we treated a topic on "MORTGAGE" here is a brief summary on that;
A mortgage is the security offered for a loan or money. It is a conveyance or an assignment of land with a provision for
redemption on repayment of the loan.
the conveyance shall become void or the interest shall be re-conveyed.
The borrower in legal parlance is 'the Mortgagor", the lender "the Mortgagee".
The solicitor must advice his client where the purpose of the loan is to purchase property.
He should also advice on the mortgage institutions available in Nigeria or within your country.
Examples of Mortgage institutions in Nigeria are:
(a) Federal Mortgage Bank
(b) Housing Schemes
(c) Commercial Banks
(d) Private Property Developers
(e) Life Endowment Policy (Insurance Company). etc.
The preferred Mortgage institution in nigeria is the 'FEDERAL MORTGAGE
BANK' for the following reasons:
(i) It gives up to 60%
(ii) It is usually given for a long term (20 years and above)
(iii) It charges a low interest rate
(iv) It has branches spread all over the country
