So this guy may have been involved in dog fighting which is pretty sad and cruel. But if you can kill a cow or a chicken for you fast food meal how is it so morally wrong to dog fight, but eating meat somehow now, I wonder?
Police came to the four decades old dude’s domicile related to a dog fighting incident and apparently spotted a bag of heroin. Then with a search warrant they found paraphernalia that aided his deviance.
Dude’s trial lasted five days and will now presumably be serving a six year sentence for possessing a controlled substance and three separate counts of some sort of paraphernalia? The paper also listed his address it seems.
This guy sounds kind of like a piece of shit if he is making dog’s fight to the death, but he did not kill, murder, assault, batter or happen to steal from any other people it sounds like? Six years deprived of liberty for non violent conduct sounds insane—and it’s not even for maybe making dogs fight but for totally victimless conduct.
