Sometimes the sound of goodbye is louder than drumbeat - AVB
This is true, as goodbye is often not heard, its felt.
A missing presence, a silence, a void in someway.

It may be a farewell, a lesson, a loss or a see you later.
It is in that moment, we are forced to reflect for at least a second as if we are registering and trying to comprehend the moment for what it is.
The goodbye to your office, your city, your family are met with different bonds, and thus treated differently, even though it may not be insincere, I ask you why is goodbye not treated the same way for each?
Do things matter less? Is it the history? All the memories or are we saying goodbye to a side of ourselves?
We learnt lesson and therefor said goodbye to our ignorance?
We lost a family member and therefor sadly said goodbye to how we were with a person.
We said see you later to someone, so we stop hiding behind the facade.
What does the sound of goodbye sound to you?
