When the going is good, its often great and the forward motion of being balanced, motivated and inspired somehow feels like its oozing from who you are and all them positive vibes. Like you finally caught that break where not everything is weighing you down.

And then... somehow, it dies , like the buzz of that forward motion slows down, you lose your stride, the end of that inertia, and a weight creeps over us, as everything starts feeling like work and effort again..
Darkness, it seems comes over us more easily , like early winter evenings.
Our eyes seeing the glasses more empty by default.
And that may be when the going gets tough, knowing that in the bigger scheme of things the world might not be as dark for you and it is for someone else; but it sure is gloomy as hell.
How do we move this hanging cloud??
I know that when it hangs over me, and someone tries to shine some sun on it, my 'negative views' alters into 'realistic' for the sake of getting some dark rooted satisfaction.
Just as we had those positive vibes without trying, we now have these darker tones that comes so naturally that we believe its who we are.
It may not be easy to break the cycle, even though its easy for anyone or thing to break the cycle for us.
But we are able. We have the the ability to change , to choose, and the chance ,every , single, moment.
We often forget the power we possess ourselves, often I learn this when looking at someones else's situation and help them deal with it reasonable and objectively... it is in that moment , I know that I am expecting someone else to make a change. When Change should be happening from my end as well.

I know that even with the clouds getting darker, to a point of rainfall.
The air will smell wonderful. The skies might cry with me, and that, eventually the sun will shine..
So hold on to those sunglasses peeps, you'll be wearing them soon enough!
