Yes, hoppy beer Saturday, because today I visit Rebellion Brewing Company and start my lunch with a Zilla IPA. It's a clear IPA 6.5% ABV.
This would be best described as a West coast IPA dry hopped with Citra and Mosaic.
It's been a while since I've brewed my own, so the local micros will do.
