Anyways, it's a 1967 Canadian 10c coin bracelet.
Growing up, I always loved getting the "special" coins in my change, by that I mean the 1967 coins. By that time most people were snagging the silver from the change, but, sometimes I'd get a penny, nickel, dime or quarter.

I have one similar somewhere, made from coins from the Netherlands.
