Hi great hivers,
It's a beautiful day though chilling from this end hope yours too is good.
Goal setting is very important for any business or economic growth of individual,nation, and indeed the entire world. When there's no goal is inversely depicting that there's no vision hence no mission. Goals are template, the road map, blueprint or target that is erected by an investor to be achieved at a specific or given period of time.
As the year rounds up, it's expedient that goal for the subsequent year should be clearly stated to avoid distraction and other confusion. In goal setting, you must ensured that your goal is Specifically addressing a need to extend measurable in order to know whether it has been achieved or not. Also note that goal must be reliable so that other partners or subordinate would be able to key into it and attainable. Finally ensure that your goal is bounded by time therefore good time management is very important and critical in business sustainability and growth.
Leo goals for 2023.
Some of the goals and strategies for Leo goals 2023 includes;
- DELEGATION. This would form one of my priority in order to grow substantially. I have been able to delegate about 100hive power to leo.voter this year but I hope to increase it double so that my reward and other Leo coins will grow also.
- POWERING UP. What gives more power and privileges in getting up votes, increase reputation is power up. I had about 151 Leo staked this year however 2023 I hope to power up 305 Leo.
- CONSISTENCY AND PERSISTENCY. I would be deliberate in 2023 by participating in virtually all the engagements, making good comments and up vote appropriately. Always read other people's write up. In doing this, I believe there would be improvement in my life.
- ENGAGING OTHERS. In 2023, I will boost the rate of those I follow to about 50% and then engage other friends by inviting them to participate in contest and other good programme scheduled by the community.
CONCLUSION
Goal is a root or foundation before the building process starts or the plant grows. Therefore if you don't have goal certainly you would have stunted growth which limits you to lots of privileges. Don't start the year without a clear cut on what you intend to achieve. I counsel set your goals now before the end of this year. See you at the top.
