Last week was so loaded for me and the engagements were to tight such that I couldn't participate in the edition two and three of the last contest. I wasn't happy because this is not my kind of lifestyle and goal set to achieve on this ecosystem for this month. Well I can't be everywhere therefore I had to face that aspect and ensured that I delivered it successfully.
I was glad when I stumbled on the theme for this week which has to do with battle for happiness. This is truly timely and the reality that befalls everyone. In my dear and lovely country right now, there are lots of factors that could easily derail one and keep one perpetually on the ladder of sadness. In fact there are surplus reasons why someone should be in this emotional stage of sadness always but this is a battle that must be fought. Before I proceed let me attempt to explain and shade more light to some few things.
Happiness is the absence of sadness, worries etc. Happiness is the state of being happy, full of joy and all round excitement. When this is absence, it creates a different phase in the human being which could easily lead to depression. Happiness sometimes can be liken to joy however I considered happiness as attributed to what happens. We are in the time where many things crept into man's life to overwhelmed him or her with to create a loophole where sadness can't be replaced but no matter how thick the cloud of sadness is, joy will certainly prevail if only one persists.
Happiness is an important and integral part of our lives that ought not to be taken for granted at all. Once it's absence, it's impact is enormous and if proper care not given could lead to death. Happiness constitutes of different kinds of experiences that people go through. What gives me happiness might be what saddens you. Despite of all these, one must make sure work on himself to discover the suitable source of joy so that there will be emotional balance. Lack of happiness could affect mental health, emotional decadence, low esteem amongst several other negative impact.
I would like to share some ways how one can regain happiness or can be happy again.
As earlier stated, it's always a battle to maintain happiness because between sadness and happiness is a little switch... The following tips would help one to sustain and maintain good happy life.
In regaining happiness, everyone has a significant role to play. Being happy is a choice based on the kind of environment you created. What happens determines happiness.
