First things first, what is ListNerds?
It's a "mailer on the blockchain," they say. If you are a marketer or have been exposed to one, you probably know already what a mailer is. But let me just share the description found on the FAQ page of the platform:
I have noticed a lot of posts about it already so I will not go into details here. I just want to share my initial thoughts from using it.
Here is the "timestamp" of my few days on ListNerds:
June 6
- Created account, got stuck on the payment process while upgrading to Enterprise
- Contacted support and reported the issue
June 7
- Got response from support
- Payment went through but didn't reflect on my ListNerds dashboard. Reported to support.
June 8
- Support manually processed the upgrade of my account.
- Bought and staked CTP.
- Started exploring ListNerds, opening mails, understanding how it works, reading shared posts etc.
- Won 10 ListNerds on a mail I opened, sent to Hive Engine, sold and bought some CTP, staked CTP on ListNerds.
- Sent first Mail
- Sent first SOLO Mail
June 9
- 10k mails sent
- 302 mails read
- 157 ListNerds earned from solo mail, claimed, went direct to stakes
- Sent second mail
- 3 Verified mails
- Reputation currently at 93 (started at 25)
My Enterprise membership comes with the following advantages:
- Can send 2 mails within 24 hours.
- Can send 1 solo mail in 1 month (immediately verified).
- Can set auto mailer (pre-written Mails and will be sent on the time I set).
- Gives me 40 MAIL (tokens) per link clicked inside of the mail I open.
- Discounted rate on buying MAIL tokens
and others I may have to find out as I continue to explore.
It is worth mentioning that in order to "vote" for the mails, one needs to stake CTP inside ListNerds. CTP gives you "Voting Power." The more you have, the more mails you can vote and perhaps the more CTP share you will get from the CTP Pool. Please correct me if I am wrong.
I currently have 510CTP which allows me to vote I think 8 mails in 24 hours. Hope that I can increase it soon.
The Task monitoring available on the dashboard is very helpful to me because I can track my progress.
