Thanks @idig, what a great video. Maybe you can teach an old dog new tricks. I love his whole concept and have already tried his breathing method. I will watch his presentation on the breathing technique that is more detailed then the demonstration given here.
Everything he states makes so much sense, and to have his findings now proven to be fact by scientific studies is remarkable.
Modern medicine sure doesn't want this s--t getting out.
