Splinterlands is a digital collectible card game that takes place in a fantasy world where players collect and battle with monster cards. The Prismologist is a rare card that belongs to the Neutral splinter.

In the game, the Prismologist is a support card that has the ability to buff other cards on the battlefield. Its special ability, "Prismatic Energy," allows it to give +1 Magic to a target card in its own team. It also has the ability to deal splash damage, which means it can attack multiple cards at once and deal reduced damage to each of them.

The Prismologist has 3 attack and 4 health, which makes it a relatively fragile card. However, its utility as a support card can make it valuable in the right deck. It's also worth noting that, like all cards in Splinterlands, the Prismologist has a unique set of stats and abilities that are determined by the level of its summoning stone, which can be upgraded by completing quests and earning rewards in the game.

Statistic wise, this card is very well build. 4 Health dan 2 Armor is more than enough for a support like Prismologist plus blast ability make this card unstoppable when it comes to right positioning and deck.

Besides the defense and health, Prismologist also have enough attack and speed. This card has 3 Attack and 2 Speed for basic stat. Is it enough? Well I think it's not bad and also not good. What's important is how long this kind of card can survive throughout the game.

Blast ability really give this card a pretty good reason to choose. This ability makes Prismologist can do multiple damages in one round to the enemy. This is very valuable to a team based battle.

For now the price for a very basic card is $0.78 and if you want to rent it's only cost you around 0.84 DEC/Day. It's basically nothing. Prismologist is not a playable card, therefor I rent this for 2 days for 2 DEC only for level 1 card or the very basic one.

The regular foil highest price is around $0.78 and right now showing pretty low price and has been going at $0.559 - 0.865 range which is pretty much worth it.

For the gold foil, it's showing around $5 range, and it almost touched $13 at one point. I don't really know people still bought this kind of card then keeping them as an investing asset, but I think this not a good choice considering the ability and the use case on the battle.

I had few game with Prismologist as a support and here is few battle that I would like to share and analyze. In the battle, I found it pretty hard to fit Prismologist in low mana battle because the card consume 8 Mana which is pretty high. Most of the card on the light element that I used as a tank cost around the same mana so I cant use proper deck.

In this battle, I used Gargoya Scraper as a bait to keep my support save for the next round while attacking enemy backline. I use Blinding Reflector to get all the damage after Gargoya Die to the enemy. Xenith monk did a really great job with the health stat which is 6 to keep Prismologist alive to deal all the damage. Blast ability really helpful in this kind of battle where it can kill two birds with one stone. I have my victory thanks to the blast ability.

In this battle, I used my main tank Shieldbearer in front line to get all the damage and use Elven mystic, Stitch Leech and of course Prismologist to support. The enemy use more card, but that doesn't mean I will accept another lost.

One of the big mistake the enemy did is to have no tanky card in the deck. Antoid Platoon placed on the last position which make this card useless. Also, once again, blast ability make another win by dealing damage twice in one attack. I pretty much like this card and definitely will use this in the future.
