New Project : Dictionary Tool - D0.1 With pyhon 2.7

What is the project about?

This project is contrary to translations or translate made through the python 2.7 language so as to generate dictionary tools. Features that have available new dictionary numbers in English, Japanese, and French. for to see a source code you can access to my github and
it's a glimpse of my tools
