The summer season was at its peak in our country, two months ago today my wife and I suddenly made a plan that we will tour the districts of Himachal Pradesh by our own car, and for this, we made some preparations and set out on the campaign.
We live near Delhi, the capital of India, for Himachal Pradesh, we had to travel at least 1500 km. from both sides.
First of all, we travelled about 300 km from home and reached district Chail where we visited the temple situated at an altitude of 7000 feet. The roads were very narrow and the climb was very straight, but the path was completed smoothly, after that, we saw various sites places of Shimla, Dalhousie, Kullu, and Manali, and finally left Manali for Rohtang Pass.
The most difficult and terrible thing was that on that day we were not allowed to go from the main road because a limit has been fixed for sending vehicles on that road, the vehicles going beyond that limit were sent on the old road. ,
This route is a very rough uphill road, on which car driving was very difficult, we took a local taxi from there, as the drivers here are used to driving on these roads, after 2 hours journey from Manali we reached Rohtang pass This place is located at an altitude of 3900 meters and the temperature here was in minus. Life trembled on the way.
After reaching here, there was a lot of lack of oxygen. There was a layer of snow 8 feet thick on the road, which was cut and made roads.
. Around 800-900 people were enjoying themselves there on the snow, we were also imbibing the sights and spending about two-three hours there. We came back from there on the main road, on this main road there is a tunnel 11 km long under the mountains, in this tunnel, there is such a peaceful journey which can never be forgotten.
In this way, we visited the whole of Himachal and came back to our home, the memories of this trip are still in our minds. Although this journey was very tiring it was also a lot of fun in this journey.
