@emeka4 You are right, it is difficult to stop this, governments should impose only such restrictions that no demonstration should be held in any public place. If anyone still does it, they should be punished and fined. If any government or private property damages, they should be punished with jail, and the amount of that loss should be recovered. These laws will make a big difference.
