"What Aspects Of Sustainability and Holistic Living are Important To You?"
I have come to know the thoughts of many yogis and philosophers in my life. Sri Sri Ravi Shankar This Indian spiritual leader is a renowned personality around the globe,Dalai Lama, important monk of the Gelug school of Tibetan Buddhism,BK Shivani who is a teacher at the Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University,
Swami Gyanvatsal is a motivational speaker from Akshardham India ,Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev, popularly known as Sadhguru , tremendous work is done by him. through Rally for Rivers, Rural Games Festival, Education, Plantation, Agriculture, Ecology, Yoga, Spirituality, Mental Health. , Baba Ramdev, also known as Swami Ramdev, is an Indian Yogi, well known Globally as a leading Ayurveda and Yoga Guru.and Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh, also called Osho or Acharya Rajneesh, his original name was Chandra Mohan Jain.
Apart from these, many other yogis, great sages, philosophers have put their own ideologies and views on different aspects of life, but we do not know their true value due to deep involvement in our daily lifestyle activities.
On one level, the spiritual process means becoming stable. Only when a human's base is very stable, can he do so many things.
Happiness in life can be scattered only when there is complete stability in it. Too much happiness can drive a person to madness.
That's why a lot of people, who are a little creative, a little active, and a lot of fun, end up becoming unusual in the end.
we seek to stabilise their lives by controlling, reducing, or curtailing them.
perhaps If we die, we will be stable. In general, those who talk about sustainability have a choked up existence.
Stability is not that we have confined our lives so much that we have become stagnant.
Nothing is to be gained from such stability. Stillness is where we can see everything with complete clarity.
If we see only one part of things, we cannot stand still. So the whole effort is to look better.
Meditation means seeing. This whole culture has been talking about this.
We go to any religious place for worship, so that we can be able to see better.
Basically, if people are not able to see the things in front of them, then it is only because they have identified themselves with many things in life.
This identity starts with the body, then many more things are added to it later on.
As soon as we identify with something, your whole mind understands that it needs to be protected, and then it starts working solely to protect it.
If we eliminate our identity from our body, then the rest of the identity automatically ends.
As soon as we identify with our body, the rest of our identity starts growing automatically. And this recognition is growing rapidly.
The more success we get in whatever we are doing, the faster this recognition deepens. As this identity grows, our vision becomes more limited.
Our thoughts and feelings keep us immersed in ourselves.
This world is constantly forcing people to think that whatever is going on in their minds is very important.
Whereas whatever is going on in our minds is useless.
Perhaps we can just call one thought pure and the other thought useless.
A thought refers to something that is not a reality at the moment.
We have to think about this for our survival and survival. But we do not need to think to know about something new. If we think, what will we think?
We will only think of what our minds were filled with in the past.
We may think of them in different ways. No matter how many different ways thoughts come into our minds, they have no importance in life.
Maybe a little bit of social importance if we can see everything clearly.
If we ourselves are not becoming an obstacle in our eyes, if that is the only thing that happens, then stability will come by itself.
Then we will not have to worry about ecstasy, because that is the nature of life. Everything is full of joy. Glee needs stability to happen.
Otherwise, we keep on reducing our gaiety, because gaiety without balance hurts. If we are not in balance and go too fast, we injure ourselves. That's why balance is so important.
The equilibrium that comes by reducing or stopping something is not equilibrium.
