The fantasy league will power up it's STEEM to not leave it idle and follow 
3 months before the season is over it will start a powerdown to distribute the prizes in time.
Current Curation Rewards are 3.572 SP and stake was 3.604 SP before prize pool power up, the future CR will not be added to the pool.
