Truth be told I wasn’t sure which community to post this unusual for me post. I’ve never done a crafty post before, but the creations that my colleague makes for me at work really call for a post about it.

I mean look at this camel! Isn’t he adorable? The camel is the latest creation of my colleage. One day we talked about the arts and crafts and the following day the first creation showed up on my desk. He put it there with:

‘And this is what I make from my sweets wrappers’

The first one from the left is his fist creation and to be honest me as well as the rest of my team had a mixed opitions of what it is.

I said a dinosaur or maybe a duck and we had some variations of the dinosaurs from other colleagues. Nobody said ‘a bird’, which was what Justin was aiming for.

Next one turned up on my desk on one of my bad days. This one also had various guesses. Some were saying a dog or cat and I was right in there with my ‘fox’ guess! That was the correct answer for the second one.

At first I just placed my bird at the top of my monitor, but as more and more people were coming in, trying to touch him or moving my monitor, the bird was keep dripping, so I used some plasticine to keep the bird in his place, where he made me smile.

But my family of animals is keep growing and I’m slowly running out of plasticine to secure them all, so sometimes I also use tape to fix them in place.

The other day my camel seem to comit a suicide! Poor thing, cause I was laughing at how hilarious he looked hanging there 😂

Even the forg next to him was laughing at him, so eventually I let him come down and spend a day by my keyboard. No wonder he wanted to comit a suicide though, he probably heard my quality director talking bs and he had enough of it!

I love my gecko and a frog made from cream eggs wrappers. I do need to get up from my chair to take a good look at them though, cause they’re more flat than the others.

I love how it started a bit as a joke and now my zoo has a life of its own. Whenever I’m in a bad mood - bang - new animal arrives at my desk. It would seem that I have mang bad days at work, but it’s not all bad really.

I mean… who can say that their colleagues make animals for them at work? Not many, hey? So there is some entertainment there too.

I also love how the quality of the animals is constantly improving. I think Justin heard our quarels about what animal it can be, so every next one has so much detail that there are no more doubts!

Did I say camel was the latest addition? Well, I think I got confused, cause it was shark! The camel got in my thoughts because of his suicide mission I guess 😂

I recon the shark is me!

And here a little bit of different style let’s say. One of my colleagues was jealous of my animals and he made me a worm! Danny keeps telling me to throw it away, but I keep it there just for the laughs and for a contrast in quality and attention to detail.

Lets look at these two though… are there any doubts that it’s an elephant and a bull? I doubt it 😉

And then one day a cobra appeared! I named it Stupido to represent my snake of a boss and I put him in front of the others and turned him around to the door, hoping he’ll cast some spell at him 😂😂😂
