This is a video catalog of me building my sauna during the fall of 2017.
Saunas are super awesome, I take it almost every day. When spending 20 minutes or more a day in the sauna, you get a blast of 'heat shock' proteins released. These proteins are excellent for supporting health.
I am no carpenter, I just dreamed this thing up and built it- anyone can do this! The total cost was around 1000$
