In pastures of a thousand shades of green; where rolling hills slide under slabs of smoky sandstone, Alison awaits her lover. She is a girl devoid of scruples and yet, is as innocent as a freshly fallen dew. She is pure in her beauty; with red ribbons tied slipshod in her uncombed hair. Her ragamuffin clothing conceals her milky skin and slender curvatures. She rarely speaks - as her mind is afloat with dreams. She lays in her silken world of half sleep. From her window, she can see the steeds frolicking within their confined freedoms. Her bedchamber is as infinite as the universe. She swims through her fantasies, with her ponies leading the way. Together, they ride. They ride through the hills and over the creeks; they ride through the fields, and under the trees. They ride pass the silken dreams that flow from a house of glass. They ride over the memories concealed under blades of broken grass.
Alison lives in a capricious world of unrealities. She lives honestly and only for the moment. The sun will set on dim memories and another day will sprout from the horizon. Steamy realities will dance and Alison’s world will never perish.
Many a menfolk have failed to unlock the code of her vacillating heart. They ride away, their cores charred with sorrow; unable to shake Alison’s dewdrops from their depths. And, she remains there, loving herself from within and gliding along, in pure simplicity, in a world of pinwheels and ponies.
