Every day more and more people come out promoting that being fat is good and that we should love ourselves as we are and be happy It is very sad, but every life is personal and everyone does what they want with their lives it only depends on us if we maintain a healthy life not because we can live longer but because our body is our temple and if we do not take care of it it speaks very badly of us as people.
