Wes, our daughter and I jumped in the car this afternoon and took a trip an hour away for a 5 mile hike round trip, the first half you end up at the most gorgeous natural hot springs around! We planned for us to take some time soaking in natures hot tub, it was so incredibly relaxing!
We passed these massive windmills driving into the mouth of the canyon on our drive. It is WILD! They are SO HUGE!!
The leaves are beginning to make their transition to the vibrant fall colors we know and love, fall is my favorite time of year...this year it came too fast. I am not quite ready for crisp air and being cold (I HATE being cold!!). But the bright mixture of colors contrasting against the blue of the rushing sulfur filled water was just something else to behold! I got a few pictures myself, but know Wes will have some that will no doubt, make you admire Fall in the Rocky Mountains!!
