I'm sure it's more nutritious raw, but I don't dare eat it in this form, since I got a salmonella infection once and almost died. True, it was from contaminated melon. I also ate raw eggs before the illness. I am reminded of my father, who used to raid dove nests as a child and eat the eggs on the spot - as did all children at the time, back in the days of WW2.
I haven't tried the boiled spiced eggs yet, I'm waiting for the flavors to infuse.
