I’ve been walking 50 miles for the last few days, luckily it was wonderful sunny weather all the way through.
Cold mornings were followed by late summer heat. I know, unfortunately it doesn’t take long. I don’t even know what it would be like if I could only spend every day between the 4 walls, disconnected from the life-giving air, sunshine, and the ground (since I live on the 3rd floor).
I would probably go crazy or become enlightened by immersing myself. The former is much more likely than the latter. Or I would paint every square inch of the four walls of my room. This is not very likely either.

Meditation also means physical activity for me. Physical activity is almost always accompanied by orientation and photography. If there is already an orienteering running race, why not hold an orienteering photo race?
Of course, this is just a joke, don’t take it seriously. And the spirit of competition is the furthest from me.
Well, here’s a little selection of 3 days of captured moments, the colors of autumn, its condensed happiness. Where I went is irrelevant, I don’t usually make it public, especially if the place is still free of tourists.
