How are you supposed to get them onboard Hive when we don't even have engagement to offer them?

Most people are content consumers, but how are they going to consume content if they get here and find a salad? You start following a person who talks about cars and suddenly in the next post the person is talking about a movie... And the tags? Most use it in the wrong way, everything turns into a salad.
