As humans, we need oxygen to breathe. Have friends counted how many times you breathed in one day?
Human Respiratory System
We breathe by breathing O2 (oxygen) gas and removing Co2 gas (carbon dioxide). Breathing is as important as the activity of the heart in pumping blood to the body.
Although all living things need to breathe, the respiratory system between living things with each other must be different. The human respiratory system is more complicated than the respiratory system of other living things.
To breathe, there is a respiratory system in our body. Starting from the nose, throat (pharynx), the base of the throat (larynx), windpipe (trachea), bronchi, bronchioles, to the lungs (pulmo).

How many times do humans breathe?
As it turned out, the number of breaths taken between adults, children, and baby siblings was different. Usually, children like us tend to have faster breathing. If the newborn baby's sister, breathing more often is about 30 to 60 times per minute.
Meanwhile, brothers and adults generally breathe around 12-20 times per minute. That is, in one day, they breathe as much as 17 thousand to 30 thousand times. The more activities, the more the amount of breath taking in humans.
