TIPS TO PREPARE FOR  A JOB INTERVIEW :

                       Interview is the final step of a job selection and every job seekers feel uncomfortable to face seniors/interviewers for the first time but a good interview performance always requires to be selected. Most of the candidates use to fail at this stage though there are highly/well qualified. Here I have mentioned three steps which should be followed :

■ Research enough about the job/company for that you'll attain the interview, learn about the works you have to do if you be selected. Note your researches and write down some possible questions/answers and revise them, practice then in front of a mirror it will improve your self confidence also keep ready an interesting background description of you.

■ Collect all your documents including an updated resume and passport size photocopies then put them in a smart file. Keep the compulsory documents above then the rests. Once you get your file ready review the documents if you left something important. Sometimes it's helpful if you also carry a xerox copy set of your documents.

■ Break the beard if you are a man, trim your hairs properly and keep ready a casual dress. Never reach to a interview wearing a jeans pant or t-shirt or coloured hair. Always attain any interview with a smart look.
