We had some severe thunderstorms come through our area. One frequent problem we have is a truck well that fills up with water. We have a sump pump installed to remove the water. However, these eventually fail, like today.
I have purchased a new sump pump and put it in service until we can have a plumber install a new one. Unfortunately, I had to leave it set to run continuously as the water level would prematurely shut off the floating switch. So, I have to wait and watch to shut it off manually.
One advantage of having a brewery as a tenant is that it makes the waiting more tolerable.
I’ll leave the pump at the ready. We are expecting more rains tonight.
