The Word of the Lord is a delight unto my soul,
I am filled with understanding, beyond my own goals,
I am taken to a well of water that I no longer thirst,
For the Word of God, His Will I put first,
I seek His Kingdom, I seek His delight,
And it is on His Word, I meditate day and night,
Oh how lovely is it, to bask in His love,
For True joy and happiness comes from Heaven above,
I simply am thankful, His breath in my life,
By His hand, I am delivered from strife,
Praise God for His Glory, all Honor I sing,
As I praise my Lord and Savior, Jesus King of Kings.
