The character The Joker was created by 3 comic book writers which are Bill Finger, Bob Kane and Jerry Robinson in the year 1940. The joker was first seen in the comics book Batman in the 25th of April 1940. Ever since His fame has spread throughout the world.
There's no way you would talk about batman with out involving the joker cause he plays a crucial roll in batman. The Joker possesses no super human abilities but uses his expertise in chemical engineering to create poisonous concoctions and thematic weaponry.
